Unable to view classes after adding sample remote calls and database calls in our Node.js service code.

Followed these steps to get custom methods calls and RPC or DB calls for  our Node.js services. But it's not visible in transactions and services. How do i set them up?

How to setup the tagging to display this from our local machine?

So if they are not showing up then you wont be able to tag them. And just to confirm you are working with admin permissions correct? Are you Managed or SaaS? what cluster version are you on?
