Activegate Windows Install: Can I specify an install location from the command line?

Hello! I am trying to create a scripted install in powershell for an Activegate installation to Windows.  I am using the arguments PROXY, INSTALL, and --quiet.  PROXY is being set, I get no UI which is desired, but the installer ignores the INSTALL parameter and installs to C:\Program Files no matter what I set.  I need to install to a different drive and directory (F:\apps\dynatrace).  A non-scripted, UI based install will allow me to install to a custom directory, but I need this scripted with no user intervention.

Any tricks to doing this or is it not possible?
