If I wanted to use the PostgreSQL OneAgent Extension on the below host which is licensed for a full stack OneAgent, would there be any additional licensing consumption or extra cost for using this? I can't seem to find any clear information on if this.
Thanks!

To my understanding, you can use any OOTB plugin without any extra charge.
All the plugin consume custom metrics, but Dynatrace doesn't count the consumption of OOTB plugins as part of that calculations.

To get to the database insights, you have to navigate to the PostgreSQL process details view. To have a process details view, you need a OneAgent (in infrastructure-only mode) installed on the database host. The good news is there should be a 1 HU (Host Unit) cap now on infrastructure-only mode OneAgents (which is much better than the old rule of using a .3 multiplier only, which on a database machine might equate to a fairly large HU hit).
Hope this helps!
