Color icon in smartscape

Looking at below color icon, the questions are:

When do the other icons get color? (-;

When can I change icons myself?

That would be a great RFE as I dont think that feature is currently available to change colors in smartscape

This is probably a bug and maybe even goes against barista principles.
What's the entity type that got a colourful icon?

It is a "Request to public network", tuned into a service. You can see the same in below help page,

Terracotta.org has a nice color icon, you see?

Well, most likely it is in this case. Probably a website favicon turned into icon in Dynatrace.

Is it possible in the meantime to add custom icons to services created from "Request to public network"? We make heavy use of this feature and end up with a lot of services all having the default globe icon:

For UX reasons it would be much better to have the ability to define custom icons.
