I suppose an environment that has 300 agents and 2 private Security Gateway(Dynatrace SaaS).
Could you tell us whether some data loss occurs when 1 of 2 Security Gateway Stop?
If yes, how can we avoid that?
That can occur through a trouble or a planned maintenance.

the Agents should send their data to the other Security Gateway if it's reachable for them. You can find documentation on this here:

Thank you for your response.
If 1 of 2 Security Gateway stopped, OneAgents connecting the stopped Security Gateway should find another Security Gateway.
And OneAgents check reachable Security Gateway every 5 minutes.
("5 minutes" is provided by support(JIRA) in other topics)
So, we suppose that data loss up to 5 minutes.
Could you tell me whether it is correct?

Hi Noah,
OneAgent caches the data for some time. I didn't find documentation on how long but this should cover these 5 minutes.
