Hi,
we have updated some auto-detected "Service Names". The thing is that, currently we need to remove this Custom name but we don't find out where to do it.
Do you know how to remove these custom rules?

Hi Alberto,
If you are trying to delete custom service naming rules then it can be done in the global settings under server-side monitoring. Please see the attached screenshot.
Also if you edit the service names manually, removing the manually entered name restores the default service name.

Hi,
unfortunately when you edit a Service and update the Service Name, no Service Name Rule is created in Settings - Service Name rules section, so if you need to remove the custom service name, you cannot.

if you manually edited service name, just delete this custom name and service name reverts to default
