We have a Dynatrace security gateway and Dynatrace Oneagents, but the triggered memory dumps never get transfered tot he Security Gateway. We are not seeing the download links either. Wondering if anyone has this working.

Hi,
Does the diagnostic tools screen still show a hint that you should install a security gateway or is that gone? Some people had issues with security gateway installations on Windows and the permissions of the dump directory.
Hi Michael, our security gateway is running on Linux. The "Please install a Security Gateway" hint is not present. The memory dump is being created on the hosts, but never get moved to the security gateway.
The process that you request a dump for is it monitored via a Full OneAgent or is it monitored via a CloudFoundry buildpack or another PaaS style integration? Meaning is a full OneAgent installation in place on the host that runs the process?
Yes, we have the full oneagent running on the nodes where the processes are running.
Mark I'd recommend to open a support ticket now. please mention the tenant this happens and the link to the process that you want to dump. I'll have it looked at then.
I opened a support ticket on October 3th regarding this issue. But it's been getting no attention.
just found the ticket, lets continue there I'll try to help
The question and support ticket remains open, still wondering if anyone has this working.
This got resolved after waiting 7 days. Old gateways are still remembered in the Dynatrace "Cloud", so agents receive the old GW, even if it's no longer available. For the memory dump feature, apparently it fails, even if the new gateway is capable of storing the dumps.
