I am using DTSAAS, and have a hadoop hive process that runs frequently via a cron job. Eventhough the process is set to "monitor disabled" for that server, when the process runs, it logs a restart event. I don't want to monitor this process or see "Process Restarted" events for it. How can I do that?
Thanks
Mike

We've had a similar, but slightly different request. We have a group that would like for Dynatrace to completely ignore any event generated inside of a container where that specific container matches a set of labels/tags.

There is no option for ignoring events on host and process tables as I know.
About ignoring events, you mean problems or events like restart? For events there are no notifications. The only place you can see is host/process card. For problems as well right know you can not prevent problems appearing for all users. But you can display to group only problems related to particular management zone. Just create one that covers your needs. Than assign users only to this management zone. They will see only problems related to filtered entities.

Hi @mike_prior ,
Hope you disabled the below options? if not, disable all the below process level options and check.
Also, disable from the Host level

That doesn't work if you want to still monitor the processes, but ignore the frequent restarts.

I tried it, it does not work. Reccurent restart events still "pollute" UI. Thanks for suggestions.
