WHEN There are 2 threads in the chat

AND You write something in thread #1
AND Support replied in thread #2 at the same time

THEN You seamless redirected redirected in thread #2
AND You send message to the wrong chat

interesting, I have not experienced this yet. I would recommend tossing in a support ticket for that so it can be addressed. Thank you for reporting this!
