• Monitoring of Infra
  level, application tiers level, business transaction level etc.. if so few
  sample key metrics..

• What kind of the
  special access we need to request Cloud providers.

• Whether Dynatrace
  has any partnership with the SaaS/PaaS cloud providers to install agents to
  monitor.
• Like in saas application we can not deploy agent ,what kind of metrics we are getting.
