Live Chat Button dont Appear

My live chat dont appear in my new environment, i search in documentation but i cant create a ticket for my environment, i tried to see if exist any policy about this but i didnt find

Yes but i can create because i need to select and environment and the environment that i have this trouble dont appears in the dropdown list
