Hello,
Please view the attachment; we have turned on log monitoring in our environment; however, it is showing that the logs are missing for some reason. Let me know if you need further information or can help with this.

Hi @jchrisw,
I believe you have enabled the log monitoring, which is through - The Log Monitoring configuration.
However, can you please check if the log files are actually configured in the log storage settings to be monitored by Dynatrace:
Since I also see that log files which are trying to be monitored are rotated, which is the reason we see the hash character. I would highly recommend validating the log file path and its permissions. Along with the below supportability:

I have also found in once scenario. Even after selecting the logs they haven't come through (meeting all the requirements as they used to work) a full uninstall and reinstall was the only way to bring them back.
