Packet retransmission rate configuration for process

Is there a way to configure the packet retransmission rate for the individual processes?

Is there a way to exclude particular processes from the network traffic monitoring?

I would assume you could do this at a more granular level via the custom events for alerting.

I could not exclude the process but I have created a custom event for alerting (retransmission based received) and given a higher value to avoid the alert.
