We are going through with connectivity issues on Windows servers after the installation of OneAgent.
The hosts were monitored by AppMon and now we are removing the AppMon agents and installing the OA.
We are following the below steps:
The workaround was to manually provide servers information into the ruxitagent file and restart the OA service.
Although, sometimes this formula also does not work.
Any suggestion to make this process smooth?

We usually removing the AppMon agents, installing the OA and only then restarting the processes that need to release the AppMon agents and active the OA.

So you are the luckiest one in this regard.
We have almost all the platforms (AIX, Linux, z/Linux, SUN Solaris) but having issues only with Windows.
