Using URL parameter for user tagging

We have a solution that has the username of the users in one of the calls in the login process. Is it possible to tag the user session with this information?

Ah sorry, I've not seen that. Then it's not possible yet unfortunately. I suggest posting an RFE like Alexander suggested below.

This is not (yet) possible. The current options for user tagging are these (on top of doing it using the JavaScript API):

You can find the options under "User tags" in the application settings.

Please create an RFE, it sounds like a good feature.

At the moment this is not possible. But the use case is valid. Can you post your idea with a sample in out product ideas forum? You can than track the idea.
