One of our applications, which is monitored under RUM, has a login page which has an ajax call to some other application. This login page action is not being identified under the User sessions. All other user actions for a particular session of the application are being identified. Upon looking at the console of the browser, we noticed that Dynatrace Javascript is not being injected on the login page? What can we do to enable the Dynatrace javascript for the login page as well.
Is this Login page delivered by the same server which is delivering the rest of the application? If it is a different server make sure it is also instrumented with the OneAgent to get the JS Agent at the login page.
AFAIK single page requests are not counted reported to user sessions. Unless to session proceeds to other pages, it's not reported as a session for licensing.
What do you mean with single page requests? - If you mean a normal page load (for example entering a url in the browser) this will result in a user session with just one user action.
