We installed OneAgent in our customer system environment and performed operation check. However, when accessing the top screen of the monitored system, "HTTP Error 500" occurred.
Settings > Server-side service monitoring > Deep monitoring "Real user monitoring" OFF
It was confirmed that no error occurred when this setting was turned off. However, without the information of Real user monitoring, it is impossible to achieve the purpose of the customer. I'm looking for a solution.
System environment is
Windows2016 Tomcat8.5.32 IIS10.0.14393 .NET 4.0.30319 ASP.NET4.7.2623.0
