Dynatrace SaaS - Java Connection reset exception

EVENTDEV

I'm trying to connect to Dynatrace SaaS RUM with Java 11 and getting this error. Connection was successful when I connect to Dynatrace Managed RUM, but my org is moving over to SaaS.

The error message would suggest the TCP connection was reset. Especially if you say this only happened after moving to SaaS, my best guess would be that you have some network filter or security solution in place which may stop/reset that connection. Could you clarify this with your network administrator?

Otherwise, I'd open a support ticket and support may be able to provide more insight.
