I can't find "Async requests and single page app" option on demo.live

Dynatrace documentation refers to "Select Async requests and single page app. " on the following page

However I can not find this option on demo.live.dynatrace.com . For instance on this application "

www.amp.easytravel.com".

Please do you know where is this option ?

You have to have permission to edit application. In such case it should look like this:
