There are so many metrics for RUM data, was wondering which one is more commonly used and the use case?

Appreciate if anyone could share their experience in analyzing RUM data. Thanks!

Hi @leonatay,

as you mentioned that there are so many metrics for RUM and each one of them has its own value that might be needed based on the customer's requirements.

as for the commonly used metrics for the Web, you can use (Visually Complete "Load & XHR", User Action Duration "Load & XHR", Apdex, User Action Count, countOfErrors and JS errors, serverContribution, networkContribution)

as for Mobile, you can focus on crashes, new users, errors, apdex, and requestTimes
