At the moment there is NO official support for data capture through FORM_DATA, I recommend you to place a Product Idea so that they can take into consideration what you say.
Suggest an idea - Dynatrace Community
In addition, at the moment you could only capture the data if it goes in the body of the request or response as such. Also, you can ingest events through RUM or through APIs directly from the code of the application itself.
