Hello Monika, can you tell me the use case for this workflow?
Why? Well I recently completed a POC with a customer where we used Workflows to connect and PULL Incident and Change data from Servicenow. This allowed us to visualise real time incidents and planned changes taking place for each team using Dynatrace. ie whats happening operationally, and what is planned in the future that we need to know about.
