Hi Team,

Can anyone please guide me in understanding what's the difference between the following two problems generated as environment level and application level:

1st snippet:  Mobile app level

2nd snippet: Environment Level

Thanks,

Hi @Pranjal16 ,

Problem severity is fully described here:
Problem impact - Dynatrace Docs
In short - Severity Environment was suggesting that scope was not Your Application alone but most likely monitoring itself was down or very wide issue that interrupted whole environment.

It's hard to say anything more not having more details.

Problems you had posted are generated by metric events, which use custom Problem generation. In metric event definition you can define specific entity dimension. if dimension is set to automatic and cannot be determined, environment is used as dimension.
