In my experience, one of the reasons why these cases exist is human error, it has happened to me several times with customers.
This happens exactly in the applicationId and beaconUrl . Many times they use variables and do not configure them correctly, or they place the values incorrectly and do not validate that it is arriving.
I recommend you validate how they have implemented that part
