Hi,
I’m experiencing an access issue with Dynatrace University.
I can log in successfully and access the Dynatrace Associate Certification Learning Plan. However, when I navigate to the Certifications page and click “View Details” for any certification, i encounter this error -
"Access denied
You don’t have permission to access this page"
Could you please help me to access certification details and exam registration?

@DeeVee can you open a case for the university using support.dynatrace.com ?
Then choose Training & Certifications when opening a new case.

Unfortunately, am unable to login to the support page as well to create an account
Error - “We couldn’t find your Dynatrace account (Error Code:ACCOUNT_MAPPING_NOT_FOUND)”
i’ve cleared my browser cache and even used a different browser, but still the same error.
