One of Dynatrace Community’s pillars is gamification. It’s a system of giving our precious users deserved recognition for their engagement, that consequently leaves an increasing footprint in various metrics and means. The more quality and relevant contribution you leave, the higher you climb in ranks and badges. What’s more, on every month’s beginning we’re giving bonus points to users that stand out with their activity particularly

As the new year kicks off, we decided to review, improve, and update our engagement system to make it even better adjusted to our users. Right now we would like to introduce you to these changes, showing on which rules from this month onwards our badges, ranks, and bonus points are built on:backhand_index_pointing_down:

Hello, @Akhil-Jayendran!

Community Team gives bonus points to the selected group of users every month to express our recognition of significant contribution and activity. In the last table of content (top post) you will find every metric we take into account. In general, bonus points are helping users to get higher ranks in their account (Leader, Champion, etc.), as a key factor together with the quantity of topics posted or replies authored.

The more bonus points Community User has, the greater sign of recognition it is! :smiley:

Lovely to see this small tribute to beautiful Romanian language after my trip to this country in 2024 has been noticed, @chris_cho :grinning_face:
