In the best tradition, all the movies I love just evaporated from my brain when I saw the theme of this month’s challenge 🙈 As I would never be able to come up with one favorite movie anyway, here is the list:

The movie I have watched 100 times and will watch a 100 times again:

The movie that altered my brain chemistry the first time I watched it:

The movie that never fails to bring me back to childhood and put the biggest smile on my face:

The best animated movie:

The best movie based on the comic:

While I enjoy a lot of movies such as the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Star Wars (the last 3 never happened), and some of the Marvel ones, there is one trilogy I enjoy more than the rest, the Dark Knight trilogy.

To me the best one in the trilogy is the second one with the Joker.

My 3 favorites for a yearly re-watch:

Lets start with a bit of cold war satire!

Followed by a work safety instruction video!

And top it off with an old movie which features the now demolished Kowloon Walled City in Hongkong.

Hi,

The list of my favourite films opens:
Intouchables  - in fact, I don’t know how many times I’ve seen this film.

The next two in order are The Godfather and 12 Angry Men.

And when I’m in the mood for something silly it’s American Pie (but only the parts with the original characters, of course).

There are so many, I’ll leave LOTR trilogy out, also HP movies, Godfathers,  and many others that I consider "hors concours". So here I go:

1. Slumdog Millionaire (2008)

2. The Prestige (2006)

3. The Departed (2006)

Hi,
Many more can fill this list up - such as The Lord of the Rings (Uncut), Star Wars (Original trilogy and Prequels) etc., but some take the cake above the rest.

1. Forrest Gump - Hearty

2. The Shining - Spooky

3. Shawshank Redemption - Gutsy

4. Parasite - Jaw dropping

5. Nolan’s Batman trilogy - Masterpiece

6. Interstellar - Mind bending
