We have a requirement from the customer to set an alert for the provider URL with multiple conditions as
Measure average response time over 1 hour. If in the last 5 minutes above 15% over the average, alert. Can anyone please tell me how we can do it in advance mode and create alerts for it?

I’m not sure this would be possible without a workflow with custom JS. The closest out of the box method I can think of would be something like the auto-adaptive thresholds as detailed here. Auto-adaptive thresholds for anomaly detection — Dynatrace Docs

Even we have tried with DQL but the metric for Custom Mobile App is not available.
