Threshold for request Service Static Threshold

Hi all,

Is there any way to configure the baseline and static threshold on the Service Method/Request Level?

We have a specific request under global service that need to be adjusted because it generate a lot of alerts.

Yes, if you mark it as a key request you can configure those settings for that request separately from the overall service: Monitor key requests in Services Classic — Dynatrace Docs

Hello,

Dynatrace provides this functionality in the form of Key Requests. In Dynatrace, you are able to define specific requests as Key Requests within a Service - this allows you to set custom thresholds, configure dashboard tiles for the Key Request, and gather metric data via the API. You can define thresholds for Key Requests in the Anomaly Detection settings of the service itself. As shown in this screenshot:
