[Alert issue] I can receive the notification which should not be notified to me

Hello,

I'm facing one Alert issue. I received one error notification but should not be notified to me.  This is the problem url:

https://{environmentid}.live.dynatrace.com/#problems/problemdetails;pid=2425747123233208223_1701781085974V2;gtf=-2h;gf=all

There're 2 synthetic monitor but only one is belong to ours. For another monitor, there's no any tags. However, our monitors have related tags.

I checked the alert profiles and integration-> problem notification, all settings are expected

So I really no idea where the issue happened. Could anyone help me to analyze if there's any other factors? Thank you.

Hi,

Probably one and the other synthetic monitor concerns a common part of the backend. In that case, Dynatrace will correlate the problem. Here you have a detailed description: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/platform/davis-ai/basics/events

Have a nice day!

These 2 monitors are belong to one same application. Not sure if it's the root cause

Sorry to ask one more question:

I read the link you sent and got to know dynatrace will send alert to all the related entities in advance once it detected one error from one of the entities. And I checked the error happened detailed timestamp. It seems both of them had one execution at the error happened time.
But our alerting rule just can filter our synthetic monitor and send alert to our team. But now, we can receive the alert for both synthetic monitor.
