Create Davis Problem With custom fields and select a specific Alerting Profile

I am trying to create a Davis problem based on the parameters below:

1. SRG fails and it writes events to Bizevents, these bizevents are then enriched with additional identifies which signifies that this is a critical failure

2. I am using the Davis option in the Openpipeline for Bizevents to create a problem.

The issue i am facing is i am not able to select a specific Alerting profile and everytime the openpipeline finds the patching pattern it is creating a Davis Event which is creating the Davis Problem.

The eventual goal is to select a specific Alerting profile so that the Davis Problem sends an Event to ServiceNow which kicks off a specified incident response.

I am able to create a custom davis problem by using Workflow and passing a custom Device, however when i pass the same Custom Device as entitySelector in the OpenPipeline it is not selecting the correct Alerting profile.

Any ideas would help, i am at a loss of ideas at this time.

I am pretty sure the association of alerting profiles to problems is governed by conditions defined within the alerting profile. To make this work, you need to set the alerting profile up to cover the specific conditions to match the properties of the desired problems. The flow then becomes:
Problem Created --> Alerting Profile matched to problem --> Notifications/Integrations triggered

Thank you that makes sense and i was able to find the Alerting profile and attach a custom device from a specific management zone to send this alert. Thank you
