If I create a custom alert with an Email alert . We are wondering if we can set up the alert for every X minutes until the issue gets resolved.
Is there any tool or could be possible with workflows?

Hi,
To achieve that, you'll need to work with the workflow feature, which is available in Gen3.
But i think it is a good idea, you should open a RFE to ask to introduce this option into the email connector.

as @yanezza stated, a workflow would be needed to execute this action in a reoccurring fashion.
