Disk alert

we manage  infrastructure .  we integrated with  service now . 

we  want alerts to different teams based on disk. for example C drive alerts to  wintel support  , 

D Drive for application team [different team for different server]. 

how can i achieve this from dynatrace ? via dt.owner

Hi,

For routing, since you are talking about ServiceNow, I would do it in ServiceNow side. Dynatrace's challence would be owner, it would be in host level, not sure in disk level.

Something similar was discused here. Keep in mind this product idea has been discarted.
