Hello
I have an alerting profile and a problem notification set up for process availability so I can get alerted whenever a process is restarted. The problems are created on time with no issues. However, some emails are being delayed 1 or 2 hours (we restart a lot of processes at the same time) but we need those emails to be sent at the time they first happen.
I read in the documentation that this happens because of the frequent issue detection so I disabled it in the settings (settings-> anomaly detection - frequent issue detection).
However, this issue is still occurring.
Any idea on how can I fix this issue? thanks

Hi,
It means, your problem is opened, it is matching your alering profile. And is it delayed?
If yes, I would open a support ticket.
