Generate a list of alerts for a management zone

I am trying to figure out how to get a list of alerts for a management zone. I am trying to review all the alerts that are currently configured.

I would say review which alerting profiles are filtering by that management zone.

You need to configure an alerting profile and assign the appropriate management zone.
To do this, navigate Settings > Alerting > Problem alerting profiles.
