Hello @tijust1 you can install OA and use the metric Host Availability State. See this link

The true delight is in the finding out rather than in the knowing.

@DanielS Thanks for your message, so that mean i need to install OA on ActiveGate server to monitor the status of AG. Right?

Hi @tijust1
What I did was enabling the location outage handling for the private synthetic locations under Settings/Web and mobile monitoring/Private Synthetic locations (you can bulk edit this also).

After that created a problem alerting profile which matches

Predefined: Contains events of type 'Synthetic private location outage'

OR

Predefined: Contains events of type 'Synthetic ActiveGate outage' (which fits you)

and at last cretated an alerting via e-mail for that under integrations.

@Ldisztl92 Thanks for your message, i dont think this will work as out. I found better option for this i.e. ActiveGate metric "Active Gate - Communication - Agent Modules - Connected"2nd.png

Thanks,
