How to setup email alert for Log event?

in my case I need to email user if windows log event id 98 happen.

2. Create an alerting profile for that generated problem: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/alerting-profiles

3. Set up your custom problem notification (email): https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/problem-notifications
