Hi,
These are email placeholders. I would try using {Tags} or maybe {ImpactedEntities} contains which management are impacted.
Best regards

I tried the appraoch but when {Tags} uesd i only get tags listed for that entity. When i used {ImpactedEntities} it listed all the impacted entities but no placeholder given Managament Zones linked to these entites.

Hi,
That placeholder does not exist. You can get management zone value from tags or other placeholders.
If that problem notification is in relation only to one management zone, you can write that static value.
You can raise a product idea to create your own placeholder, I do not see that option available.
Best regards

Management value from tags ?? How is that possible ??

Hi,
If you know host A is in management zone X, then, you can create automatic or manual tags wity key/value pairs as "mzName: X".
Same apply to other Dynatrace's entities (processes, services...).
Problems will have entities tags and you will be able to find those key/value pairs in {Tags} placeholder.
Best regards
