Mobile problem notification

Hello,

When an alert is pushed to a mobile, the mobile will retrieve problem details.

Does he use the standard API for this? but then on port 9999?

https://{your-domain}:9999/e/{your-environment-id}/api/v1/problem/details/{problemId}

Yes, it uses also this endpoint and also other ones. The port depends on your Cluster ActiveGate configuration and the public address for the Cluster ActiveGate.
