Hello, we use the integration into ServiceNow with the raised Dynatrace Problems. The resulting raised ServiceNow Incident number is then shown in the comments on Problems Classic.
However, some of our user are now using the new Problems App and comments are not visible which is leading to confusion and Incidents being raised from them believing that the Problem notifications from Dynatrace to ServiceNow is not working.
Is it the plan not to show comments and if this is the case why?

This has already been discussed at length with @wolfgang_beer in the feedback channel : Solved: Feedback channel for the new Problems Platform App - Dynatrace Community
and for many of us it is an essential feature, but I haven't seen any news on the subject for a while.
