Hi,
I'm detecting differences between the number of problems raised vs solved problems. They are not raising the problems that they should.
Is there a reason for this behavior?

Problems that are less severe and have a shorter duration than previous alerts are considered to be frequent issues and so alerts are suppressed for these.

One more question:
If the client does not want this to happen, he wants it to notify all events.
Should I change the automated thresholds to static?
