Troubleshooting apdex rating

Hello everyone.

We implemented the dynatrace in the company, to monitor the user experience of a sales application. We have branches distributed throughout the country. We are trying to check the possibility of opening problem to low Apdex levels for affiliates, today the Dynatrace notifies apdex of the regions.

Is it possible to configure individual Apdex notification for branch offices?

You can specify individual apdex ratings for Applications and Key User Actions.

If it is possible to split the application by branch offices, you could get an individual apdex for each one.

If you just want to differentiate the apdex during analysis, you could just use the location filters.

In my case this dont possible, application is of access centralized, separated by twos group (brands), totalized 1000 branches.


Is possible utilized the configuration of geolocation with method TAG for diferenting the levels of apdex ?

Unfortunatley you can specify apdex thresholds only for applications and user actions.

You could filter for different locations to get their apdex, but not set individual thresholds for the locations.
