We monitor the log file output by the application and define that the Problem will be opened when the keyword "ERROR" is output to the log file. When will this opened Problem be closed?

It should close based on the threshold/condition that's been set when the custom event was created. You can also close the problem manually, by going into the problem's page and click on the top right corner button "Close Problem".

We tested in an internal environment. The Problem was closed 5 minutes after the keyword "ERROR" was detected.
