I community.

I have the following issue: we are managing and analyzing the numbers provided by Dynatrace, and I arrived at the following scenario. I am encountering the error: P-260259.

So, when tracking the issue, we have the following: the details show 682 observed users.

However, when we run the query, it shows this number as affected users.

If we continue the analysis, we see that there is only one error spike (candle) with two transactions that have errors.

And if we look at the details, this makes a lot of sense between the failed ones (2) and the error transaction details.

So how do we reconcile the 682 affected users with the 2 transactions that actually failed?
