Some of our team uses Nexa Dashboard to monitor applications so if Dynatrace can write alerts to a DB and we can plug Nexa into the DB then rather than getting emails. I do understand that there is a "Custom Webhook integration" option is also available. However, i want to ask particularly if anyone has experience on integration with Nexa.
I have not used Nexa but we have used the custom webhook into our help desk ticketing platform so tickets were automatically created and filled out with the webhook payload. The possibilities are endless.
