To reduce a number of ticket in service desk queue, which problem severity is best choice for delaying problem notification??

Hi,
This is going to depends of your environment but you can configure them to trigger a ticket after X minutes problem is opened.
For example, something as availabity problems after 10/15 minutes and resorce problems after 30 minutes but all os this is subjective depending of your environment.
