Can you share which problem are you getting? They are created base on log events normally.

It means, I would say disable/delete log event which is generating that problem.

yes, if the problem is opened by the Generic Application Event Log Alert Rule, you need to disable or delete that specific log event rule. Dynatrace creates problems from incoming Davis events, so if that rule is still generating problem-opening events, the problems will continue to be created.
If you want to keep the event but avoid problem creation, change it to an informational event instead of a problem-opening one.
