Is it just me, or is anyone else getting many many pop-ups for the feedback/survey?
I've completed the survey multiple times, hoping that my answers would be taken and perhaps a cookie would be placed on my browser to indicate that I've taken the survey. Maybe this is a bug?
I'm concerned that this might bias the survey/feedback results because we're not happy with the website poping up so much during a single visit?
Anyone else?

I use to run into this quite frequently but not recently.... maybe they had detected multiple personalities in your subconscious Mark lol 🤣

Well, I do have about 10 different emails - that's true.
But seriously, all of my personalities are getting prompted for the survey multiple times. That would also bias the results of the survey. 😋

All kidding aside, you are right, repeating customer surveys could impact the overall quality of the data collected in the survey.

Hi @m3tomlins,
The survey is set up to show once per 30 days per user, so it shouldn't appear a couple of times during one visit. I'll double-check our settings and see if there is any bug so I can report it to our Community Platform provider.
While I'm not the biggest fan of pop-ups on websites myself, the surveys help a lot in doing a health check on the Community. We can see if the users find the content useful, what they would do if they didn't find an answer in the forum, and so on, and how those opinions are changing month to month. Thanks to that, we can improve how the Community team works and have data behind us to show what people are thinking about the forum and what value it brings them.
We are grateful for each completed survey, although they shouldn't be this frequent and annoying - I'll check it.

Thanks - I don't mind the pop-up to give feedback at all. I just thought maybe it was a technical bug or glitch that it seemed to come too frequently or even in the same visit/browser session. Perhaps it's different tabs in the browser? or different visits on diffferent menus?
Ya know, there is this great software that has Real User Monitoring of end-user browser activity...perhaps you've heard of it? 😉
