Is anyone aware of any plans to implement an out of the box integration between Application Security and Service Now?
For Problems, the Service Graph Connector (now owned, managed and developed by Service Now) is pulling the entities through as CIs and the problems are being sent using the OOTB integration, but for Security Findings, is the expectation for support teams to either use the Dynatrace UI or have Jira/Email or Custom WebHook integrations?
This is also a potential for PagerDuty, where an attack occurs or a very high/severe vuln is detected, there's no integration for automated notification/call out.
The thing putting me off the Custom webhook is that there's always a chance it's not done correctly and it doesn't close down the event/alert/incident in Service Now once the vulnerability has been cleared, and a similar situation in PagerDuty.
Happy to raise RFE if needed.
