Chart is not creating while create problem with Dynatarce workflow

Hi Team,

I am creating a problem event using workflow, for that I followed the steps from https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/dynatrace-intelligence/use-cases/dynatrace-intelligence-for-workflow... . It creates the problem, but not creates chart like below. Can you please help me to create chart with thrshold values
